Meeting rooms

All of our meeting rooms are designed with your events in mind and all feature natural daylight - proven to enhance concentration levels and focus on the task in hand. Air conditioning and fully controllable lighting are both standard and they are all pillar free i.e. no restricted views of key note speakers and important presentations from any point in the room.

Many of our meeting rooms feature attractive outside terraces. When the weather is good they make for an ideal informal syndicate session for open air thinking.

Food and wine

As part of the Peter Michael Collection we think the quality of our food and wine is amongst the very best you will experience in a four star hotel.

For dinner your delegates have the option of dining in the 2 AA rosette winning Winepress Restaurant or should you wish you may dine in a private dining room with a menu created by Head Chef Kelvin Johnson. Matched with a multi award winning list of over 350 wines, sensibly priced with 30 by the glass that showcase the best of California, this dedication to great food and wine will provide peace of mind to any event organiser.

Our conference lunch is also served in the Winepress restaurant, with nutritionally balanced options to aid your delegates concentration throughout the event. Served buffet style your lunch will take as little or as long as you wish, but we guarantee two courses from our buffet in 45 minutes so you won’t be late for your afternoon session. Working lunches are provided on request, and will be delivered on time to your meeting room or designated area with a choice of deli style sandwiches, feature dishes and hot savoury options. Fresh produce, locally sourced, simply prepared.
