Christmas Cocktails at Donnington Valley Hotel- Bacchus Bar

We love Christmas at Donnington Valley. So much so that we’ve devised some special Christmas cocktails which will be available in our Bacchus Bar from mid November through to January. We’ve jotted down the recipes below for you to try at home. Or why not sample one next time you visit us.

50ml Thornton chocolate liqueur
15ml Vanilla Vodka
10ml Frangelico

Served in chilled Martini glass with chocolate rim, shake ingredients with plenty of ice in cocktail shaker, strain into the chilled martini glass and add strawberry to garnish.

50ml Cold champagne
Dash Angostura bitters
25ml Orange juice
25ml Cranberry juice
10ml Cointreau

In a chilled champagne flute add a dash of bitters into the bottom of the glass, half fill with champagne then slowly add the juices and top up with the cointreau. Garnished with orange twirl and diced strawberries.
