Welcome to a challenging 18 hole parkland course in the heart of Berkshire. The course is set in beautiful rolling countryside, and is a challenging 6353 yards, 18 hole, par 71 from the back tees. Although some of the holes are quite forgiving the closing four holes are regarded as one of the toughest finishes in the country, with water featuring prominently on 15th, 16th and 17th holes.
The clubhouse, Snelsmore House, a Grade II listed Victorian building, commands magnificent views over the 9th/18th green and offers golfers exceptional golfing and social facilities including two bars; the informal Spike Bar and the more traditional Oak Room, great for golfing lunches and meetings. The Cedar Room on the first floor is ideal for private dining & wedding receptions in Newbury.
The on-site pro shop offers a wide range of golfing clothing and equipment for sale, the option to hire golf buggies and clubs and has an indoor practice facility.
Whatever your reason for visiting Donnington Valley Golf Club, you will be guaranteed a warm welcome.
